Albums and physical music releases

All albums and physical music products are packed and shipped directly by the members of modernlove. As an independent band handling fulfilment ourselves, processing and shipping times may occasionally vary depending on touring schedules, recording commitments, and other band activities. We appreciate your patience and support, and we'll always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Merchandise

Clothing and other merchandise items are typically processed within 3–7 working days. During busy periods, new releases, or promotional campaigns, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping times

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service used. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order may be held until all items are available for dispatch unless otherwise stated.

Lost or delayed orders

If you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
